Both are fermented products, but do they have more in common? Addressing this question is worth a Baking Lab moment. Wine will be our departing point for this workshop. Your taste buds will explore 5x white, 5x red and a number of fortified wines, promoting enough room for conversation. Bread, in all of its diversity, will complement the tasting, or not?
