In this workshop, we dive into the world of craftsmanship and science, showing how age-old techniques can be surprisingly relevant today. During the workshops, we\u2019ll bring craftsmanship back to life.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"808\">Baking bread may seem simple, but behind that humble loaf lies a fascinating mix of biological, chemical, and physical processes. Why is it sometimes so tricky to bake the perfect loaf? What actually happens during rising and baking? We\u2019ll guide you through some of the research that has been done on this topic \u2014 and translate that knowledge into practical skills.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"936\">With guidance from our team, you\u2019ll not only learn the techniques, but also discover the stories and science behind the craft.
