That\u2019s why we\u2019ve created a fair policy to help share the costs between both parties as reasonably as possible. We kindly ask you to first review the policy below and use our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bakinglab.nl\/rebook-cancel-workshop\/\">rebooking or cancellation system<\/a><\/strong> before contacting us by email. Can\u2019t make it yourself? Consider gifting your ticket to a friend or family member \u2014 that way it won\u2019t go to waste and you\u2019ll make someone else happy!<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Introduction<br \/><\/strong>The following terms and conditions apply to bookings for workshops (or other classes) via our website and our cashier desk. For team building, group bookings, custom assignments and bookings from other websites check also our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bakinglab.nl\/en\/algemene-voorwaarden\/\">general terms and conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Note that we have to prepare our classes, schedule employees and prepare workshops in advance. Cancellation or changing your ticket data implies extra work from our side and costs. Your cancelled workshop seat might not be filled on time with an alternative candidate.\u00a0 Nevertheless, if you cancel in time we can refund part of your ticket price (discount rebook voucher). We <strong>don&#8217;t refund<\/strong> last minute cancellations and <strong>unused gift cards. <\/strong>Read more below about our policy.<\/p>\r\n<p><em><strong>If you can&#8217;t attend the workshop, try to find a friend or family member who would be happy to fill in your spot!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>Cancel and rebook your ticket registrations via our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bakinglab.nl\/rebook-cancel-workshop\/\">rebook system!<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Costs for canceling or rescheduling a workshop in a nutshell<br \/><br \/>ON TIME (Cancel \/ Rebook)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Cancellations <strong>up to 7 days<\/strong> before the start of the workshop: <strong>costs 25 \u20ac per ticket,\u00a0 <\/strong>contact us via workshop@bakinglab.nl so we can \u00a0refund the remaining amount.<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Booking changes <strong>up to 7 days<\/strong> before the start of the workshop: <strong>costs 15 \u20ac per ticket, or \u20ac 7.5 per ticket <\/strong>if the user does this himself via our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bakinglab.nl\/rebook-cancel-workshop\/\">rebook system.<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>LATE (Rebook)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Date changes within <strong>2 to 7 days<\/strong> before the start of the workshop: you can get a discount to apply for another workshop (rebook voucher),\u00a0<strong> value 50% of the workshop ticket price<\/strong> you paid if you use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bakinglab.nl\/rebook-cancel-workshop\/\">the rebook system<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong> TOO LATE (Cancel)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Cancel up to 2 days <\/strong>before the start of the workshop:\u00a0 If you cancel using our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bakinglab.nl\/rebook-cancel-workshop\/\">rebooking system<\/a>, we will, as a gesture of goodwill,<strong> still offer you a discount voucher worth \u20ac15 per canceled ticket.<\/strong> You will also receive instructions on how to pick up flour, bread, and a sourdough starter, provided during the bread workshops to participants.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><b><strong>NO SHOW\u00a0<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\u00a0<b>no restitution or discount.<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>e-mail:\u00a0workshop@bakinglab.nl<br \/><strong><br \/>Replacement by someone else<br \/><\/strong>You can allow someone else to take your seat without extra costs. In that event notify us in advance via the e-mail address mentioned above.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Cancellation by Baking Lab &amp; Force Majeure<br \/><\/strong>Baking Lab has the right to cancel the course or workshop due to insufficient participation, illness or other form of force majeure. In such cases the customer will receive a notification by e-mail and the ticket for the workshop will be refunded.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Force Majeure<br \/><\/strong>When the cancellation of an activity is due to a third party or an event which we do not have control over, Baking Lab will offer the customer an alternative activity on a different date.
