[4] Lab Workshop – The King is coming<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a creative workshop, with many challenges. The king unexpectedly announced a visit, and there is baking and cooking to be done.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lets try to think out of the box, explore, innovate and enjoy the proces. We can examine ancient wheat such as einkorn, emmer or spelt. Think about circular cooking process, use residues in a creative way and explore new flavours. Lets sprout, ferment and and roast it and use our knowledge in chemistry and physics to direct the creative process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
