Our circular bakery in Amsterdam is a special place where you and your team can experience the age-old tradition of bread making and learn more about a healthier food system.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"105\" data-end=\"436\">In our standard teambuilding program, which lasts approximately two hours, you\u2019ll not only learn more about baking bread and working with sourdough, but you\u2019ll also be introduced\u2014through playful activities\u2014to the concepts of circularity and innovation. This part of the program is facilitated by our <a href=\"https:\/\/school.bakinglab.net\/\">School for Circular Innovation.<\/a><\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"700\">Drinks (non-alcoholic) and variety of snacks (vegetarian or vegan) from our bakery caf\u00e9 are included in the price. Some companies choose to continue their gathering afterwards at another caf\u00e9 for additional drinks or a meal, although our snacks are generally quite filling. You&#8217;ll also get to take a loaf of bread home with you. On weekdays, sessions can start from 15:00, and on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 16:00.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"796\"><strong>Cost for the basic program (2 hours) for up to 10 people.<br \/><\/strong>Depending on the program, we can offer a discount for larger groups.<br \/><br data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"735\" \/>Standard ticket price per person:<br data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"762\" \/>\u20ac 105 excl. Our programs are informal and educational, designed for groups who appreciate hands-on activities. The more extensive team-building activity starts with a workshop on sourdough bread making. Afterwards, participants can bake their own &#8211; pita &#8211; bread in a stone oven and enjoy it with dishes from our caf\u00e9 or prepare a dish themselves. We also emphasize our circular work processes during these activities. Also one wine or other alcoholic consumption is included in the price.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>During these workshops we pay attention to circular processes and the prevention of food waste.<\/li>\r\n<li>The content of our workshops is subject to change depending on the season and current experiments happening in the bakery. This method is selected as a best practice by <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.circulairondernemen.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Netherland Circular<\/a><\/em> to reduce food waste.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Good to know<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>The extended sourdough team building workshop includes vegetarian or vegan food, as well as wine or other consumptions from our cafe. Our menu consists of Middle Eastern dishes.
