Intermediate Sourdough Workshop:

We have an intermediate sourdough workshop scheduled this Thursday (31 Oct)  for bakers with some more  sourdough baking experience.

Baking Lab Experience:

More and more people following our workshops also book the Baking Lab Experience.

Thus informal and engaging program allows up to two participants to join us for an entire day in the bakery. Experience the inner workings of a small circular bakery firsthand. While this isn’t a formal workshop, it offers ample opportunity for personal interaction, questions, and informal learning. Food and drinks are included, making this a truly personal and immersive experience.

No experience with baking bread? Choose the Basic Bread Workshop (yeast & sourdough)  for beginners! If you have some baking experience, try the Basic Sourdough Workshop. The Intermediate Sourdough Workshop is recommended for participants with some prior experience.
