In November and December, ARTIS-Micropia offers a four-part course: Microbes, Food & Health. During the lectures, participants explore the fascinating world of microbes in food and health. Baking Lab was invited to contribute to this course and will host an interactive program on Wednesday, November 19, on sourdough in the ARTIS Planetarium.
