Special LAB Workshop & Wine tasting
Sommelier Simon Veldman (Restaurant Vermeer Amsterdam), wants to explore together with you the essence of wine flavours in combination with different breads. Both are fermented products, but do they have more in common? Addressing this question is worth a Baking Lab moment. Wine will be our departing point for this workshop. Your taste buds will explore 5x white, 5x red and a number of fortified wines, promoting enough room for conversation. Bread, in all of its diversity, will complement the tasting, or not? The goal is create space for new perceptions, revive your senses and make sure you have a flavourful three hours.
