The Bakers LAB brings people together in Amsterdam to participate in workshops, in food experiments and mainly to learn how to bake bread. The atmosphere in the bakery is playful, inquisitive and child friendly. Baking Lab tries to investigate how knowledge and experiments can form the engine of a small bakery, focused more on creativity and green business models and less on long shelf life and convenient repeatable products.
