Current workshops

Each workshop is a self-contained program you can join on its own.

If you’ve already taken a workshop with us and want to gain further practical experience, choose a Baking Lab Experience or a shaping program.
Within the informal Baking Lab Experience programs, special attention is sometimes given to specific themes that may be of interest to more advanced bakers.
The Intermediate Sourdough is designed for experienced home bakers who wish to further deepen their knowledge and technique.

• If you’re new to baking, we recommend Workshop Programme (1) for beginners, or you can join an informal Baking Lab experience to get started.
• If you have some sourdough baking experience, consider Workshop Programme (2) or an informal Baking Lab to deepen your skills.
• If you’re a more experienced sourdough baker, join Workshop Programme (3) or an informal Baking Lab to deepen your skills.
• You can also combine multiple workshops and informal experiences over time to steadily improve your bread-baking skills.

 

Workshop dates Check our current workshops. Workshops are in English, unless stated differently. No suitable date? Sign up for our workshop mailinglist and stay up-to-date about new programs. You can join a course as an individual or book it as a group. Our sourdough workshop (including some mediterranean snacks) is often booked for team buildings. Are the workshops in English? Yes!
