  • If you’re new to baking, we recommend Workshop Programme (1) for beginners, or you can join an informal Baking Lab experience to get started.
  • If you have some sourdough baking experience, consider Workshop Programme (2) or an informal Baking Lab to deepen your skills.
  • If you’re a more experienced sourdough baker, join Workshop Programme (3) or an informal Baking Lab to deepen your skills.
  • You can also combine multiple workshops and informal experiences over time to steadily improve your bread-baking skills.

You can join a course as an individual or book it as a group. Our sourdough workshop (including some mediterranean snacks) is often booked for team buildings. Are the workshops in English? Yes!
